I'm a Fort Worth real estate broker with Compass and a Texas Certified Residential Appraiser. Over more than 15 years of valuation work, I've appraised more than $4 billion in residential real estate, from condominiums and investment properties to acreage homes and luxury estates valued above $10 million.

For sellers, I build a pricing and preparation plan grounded in market evidence, not guesswork. I'll tell you which improvements are likely to matter to buyers and to value, which ones won't, and where an appraisal could run into trouble, so your home is positioned to compete and to hold its price through closing.

For buyers, I evaluate location, condition, layout and resale before you commit, so you know whether a home is priced right and what you'd be taking on.

My experience isn't only professional. I bought my first home in Ridglea North in 2013, and instead of selling it when I moved to Ryan Place, I kept it as a rental. Since then I've bought, sold, renovated, leased and managed homes across Ryan Place, Ridglea North, Arlington Heights, Tanglewood, Riverhills and Tavolo Park, so I've been on the owner's side of the table too.
