I’ve experienced Fort Worth real estate from nearly every perspective—as a homeowner, landlord, investor, real estate broker and Texas Certified Residential Appraiser.

My interest in real estate became personal when I purchased my first home in Ridglea North in 2013. Rather than selling it when I later moved to Ryan Place, I kept it as a rental and began building firsthand experience in property ownership and investment. Since then, I have personally bought, sold, renovated, leased and managed homes across several Fort Worth neighborhoods, including Ryan Place, Ridglea North, Arlington Heights, Tanglewood, Riverhills and Tavolo Park.

That ownership experience complements more than 15 years of professional valuation work. I have appraised more than $4 billion in residential real estate—from condominiums and investment properties to acreage homes and luxury estates valued above $10 million. As both a broker with Compass and a Certified Residential Appraiser, I understand not only how to market a home effectively, but also how buyers, lenders and appraisers are likely to evaluate it.

For sellers, that means developing a pricing and preparation strategy grounded in market evidence rather than guesswork. I help clients identify which improvements may meaningfully influence buyer perception and value, anticipate potential appraisal issues and position their property to compete effectively. For buyers, my background helps me evaluate location, condition, functional utility and resale considerations before they make a major commitment.

I am also a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and have been recognized as a Fort Worth Magazine Top Realtor.
